Sign-up: The corresponding author or presenter needs to sign up first in the website www.4iref.org. Please use your email as user-name.

Submission of abstract: After sign-in, the corresponding author needs to select one of the conference tracks listed and submit (1) abstract (not exceeding 300 words), biography (not exceeding 100 words) and passport size photo of the presenter/corresponding author as well as the names, designations and emails of all authors for professional category. After submission of abstract, all authors will get email notification.

Once the abstract or poster is accepted, all authors will get acceptance notifications. Then the corresponding author has to submit the final presentation (for professional category) within the stipulated time. Template for presentation will be available on the website.

Based on the reviewers’ observation, abstracts of each category will be published in Conference Proceedings and selected for presentation in Technical Sessions.
