Sign-up: The corresponding student to sign up first in the website www.4iref.org. Please use your email as user-name.

Submission of poster: After sign-in, the corresponding author needs to select one of the conference tracks listed and submit poster as well as the names, designations and emails of all authors for student category. After submission of poster, all authors will get email notification.

Once the abstract or poster is accepted, all authors will get acceptance notifications. Then the corresponding author has to submit the final poster (for student category) within the stipulated time. Template for presentation and poster will be available on the website.

Based on the reviewers’ observation, posters of each category will be published in Conference Proceedings and selected for presentation in Technical Sessions.
